STARS Staff Mentoring Program

The STARS Staff Mentorship Program aims to foster professional and personal growth of the 2023 STARS cohort by connecting them with experienced UMBC staff and faculty mentors who can provide guidance, support, and insights to help mentees achieve their goals.
